Ultrasound
Ultrasound technology is used as a diagnostic tool for more complicated medical cases. The ultrasound is a device that uses sound waves to create an image of the internal organs. We have doctors that are specially trained in abdominal and cardiothoracic ultrasound imaging. The images that our doctors take are then submitted to a Board Certified Radiologist for interpretation. The ultrasound is a very non-invasive way to gather further information as to what may be causing your pet to be ill.
